DIGITRAK FALCON TRANSMITTERS
Transmitter reliability is an essential element of success for HDD contractors. Transmitter failures result in lost productivity and missed deadlines. DCI designed the first transmitter to send roll and pitch to a receiver and hasn’t stopped innovating since.
Falcon F5 Transmitters:
- Falcon F5® transmitter supports hundreds of frequencies between .33 kHz – .75 kHz and 4.5 – 45 kHz
- Operators can avoid active and passive interference by choosing the two optimum bands for the current site
- Available in 19, 15, and 8-in lengths
Falcon F2 Transmitters:
- Support hundreds of frequencies between 4.5 and 45 kHz
- Available in 15″ and 8″
- Avoid active interference by choosing the two optimum bands for each job site
- Compatible with Falcon F2 and Falcon F5 systems.
Falcon F1 Transmitters:
- Support dozens of frequencies between 9.0 and 13.5 kHz

DIGITRAK F5 TRANSMITTERS
Transmitter reliability is an essential element of success for HDD contractors. Transmitter failures result in lost productivity and missed deadlines. DCI designed the first transmitter to send roll and pitch to a receiver and hasn’t stopped innovating since.
- DCI transmitters fit standard housings but may require a battery cap adapter in some cases.
- DCI’s transmitters require three slots equally spaced around the circumference of the drill head for optimal signal emission and maximum battery life
- The Fluid Pressure Transmitter is compatible with most drill housings that let fluid flow from the annulus around the housing to the four sensor ports on the front end cap; slots in the housing will satisfy this requirement. Housings with epoxied slots require a 1/8 in. diameter hole to allow fluid to reach the transmitter’s sensor ports.

DIGITRAK F-SERIES TRANSMITTERS
DigiTrak F Series™ transmitters are available in two frequencies, as well as cable and short-range options. These transmitters are compatible with F5® and F2® systems.
- All F Series transmitters can be used with both F2 and F5 systems
- F Series transmitters send roll data using a 12-position clock and 0.1% pitch resolution
- The 12 kHz DucTrak™ transmitter for tracking existing non-metallic ducts also works with both F2 and F5 systems.
